Adding Custom Domain to Your Chatbot

To add a custom domain for your widget, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Widget Section

   • Log in to your account and go to the Widget section.

   

2. Access Branding Settings

   • Click on the Branding option in the menu.

3. Manage Widget Domain

   • Select Manage Widget Domain from the available options.

4. Add Your Domain
   • Enter your desired domain name in the provided field.
5. Confirm and Verify
   • Click on Add Domain to submit your domain.
   • Follow the verification process to complete the setup.

Once verified, your widget will be accessible through your custom domain.
