Custom Domain
Everything you need to know to add your custom domain to your AI Chatbot
To add a custom domain for your widget, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Widget Section
Log in to your account and go to the Widget section.
Step 2: Access Branding Settings
Click on the Branding option in the menu.
Step 3: Manage Widget Domain
Select Manage Widget Domain from the available options.
Step 4: Add Your Domain
Enter your desired domain name in the provided field.
Step 5: Confirm and Verify
- Click on Add Domain to submit your domain.
- Follow the verification process to complete the setup.
Once verified, your widget will be accessible through your custom domain.
